    Fed. Circ. Revives Vizio Fee Bid In 'Vexatious' IP Case

    The Federal Circuit ruled Friday that a California federal judge abused her discretion by not awarding Vizio Inc. attorneys' fees after it prevailed in a patent suit by Oplus Technologies Ltd. and the judge found that Oplus and its Niro Haller & Niro Ltd. attorneys engaged in "vexatious" litigation misconduct.
