DOJ Looks To Nix Florida Tribe's Public Records Suit
The U.S. Department of Justice asked a Florida federal judge on Monday to toss a suit brought by the Miccosukee Tribe seeking public records regarding Guy Lewis, former outside counsel for the tribe and former Director of the Executive Office of U.S. Attorneys, arguing it had properly asserted request exemptions.
