A New Jersey federal judge has tossed with prejudice a putative class action over claims AEG Live LLC wrongfully withheld concert tickets from the public, saying the plaintiff did not have standing to bring the case based on a Third Circuit ruling in a similar dispute over Super Bowl tickets.
