A New Jersey federal judge on Wednesday rejected a supermarket chain's bid to limit discovery to what it claims is its lack of monopoly power in an antitrust lawsuit brought against the business by a competing developer, saying discovery also was needed on the company's alleged anti-competitive conduct to determine its chances of obtaining monopoly power in the future.
