An Arkansas federal judge Friday ordered a bakery to continue bargaining with a union it claims many of its employees do not want to join, saying evidence existed that the bakery unfairly caused the employees reject the union.

The National Labor Relations Board said Monday that an Arkansas federal judge has granted the NLRB's bid for an injunction, ordering Southern Bakeries LLC to recognize a union, allow union representatives access to a Southern Bakeries plant and remove video cameras from employee break rooms.

An employee who led the ouster of a union at an Arkansas bakery told a federal court Thursday that he should be allowed to intervene in the National Labor Relations Board's petition to ban temporarily a bakery's union decertification.
