A South Carolina federal judge refused Friday to let Faegre Baker Daniels escape Berchtold Corp.'s $4.6 million malpractice suit alleging it didn't adequately warn about incurring a False Claims Act complaint, finding too many disputes still exist on whether the firm didn't properly scrutinize a government contract.
