A Nebraska federal judge on Wednesday refused to dismiss a putative consumer class action accusing a group of Nebraska banks of wrongfully charging fees to consumers whose credit and debit card numbers were stolen in a data breach and used by third parties, saying the plaintiff adequately pled its case.
