Louisiana's lieutenant governor on Friday filed a trademark infringement lawsuit against activist nonprofit MoveOn.org Civic Action in Louisiana federal court, alleging it misuses the state's tourism slogan "Pick Your Passion" in a billboard criticizing Gov. Bobby Jindal's refusal to expand Medicaid.
