Jaguar Land Rover Can't Duck Dashboard Computer IP Suit
A Delaware federal judge on Wednesday nixed Jaguar Land Rover North America LLC's bid to toss a suit accusing it of ripping off a patented dashboard computing system, saying the suit isn't an "impermissible collateral attack" just because it relates to vehicles excluded from a different suit between the parties.
