Cirque du Soleil Inc. allegedly sent a slew of unsolicited faxes advertising discounted tickets for performances of its vaudeville-themed musical circus show in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, according to a proposed class action filed in Illinois federal court on Friday.
