A Texas energy software company that won $44.4 million in a trade secrets fight with Accenture LLP on Friday asked a Texas federal judge to reconsider a ruling that held its trade secret claims against SAP AG should be heard in Germany.

Wellogix Claims Against SAP Tossed Over Jurisdiction
A Texas federal judge on Monday shut down trade secrets claims by a company that pitched its software services hand-in-hand with SAP America Inc. to BP PLC, finding an earlier judge's decision precluded the software maker from bringing the issue back to Texas court.
