The developer of the Miami Worldcenter mixed-use project planned for 25 acres in downtown Miami and a New York investor who sued last year over ownership interests have agreed to a settlement, according to a stipulation of dismissal filed in Florida federal court Wednesday.

A New York investor filed suit Tuesday in Florida federal court claiming Arthur Falcone, the developer of the Miami Worldcenter mixed-use project planned for 25 acres in downtown Miami, swindled him out of his ownership interest.
