Auto Parts Makers To Shell Out $7M In Price-Fixing Deal
A Michigan federal judge on Monday granted preliminary approval to a $7.26 million settlement that Koito Manufacturing and North American Lighting will pay to resolve class claims that makers of car headlamps, rear combination lamps and devices to limit the electrical current flowing into high intensity discharge headlamps conspired to fix prices.

Auto Parts Manufacturers Can't Ditch Antitrust MDL
Mitsubishi Electric Corp., Mitsuba Corp. and others can't escape allegations by Florida's attorney general, dealerships and buyers that they fixed auto parts prices, a Michigan federal judge ruled Wednesday, saying similar allegations have already survived dismissal bids in the sprawling multidistrict litigation.

Panasonic To Pay $5.4M To Settle Auto Parts Price-Fixing Suit
Panasonic Corp. will pay $5.4 million to settle auto dealerships' allegations in three Michigan federal suits that it fixed prices on switches and other parts, after striking a separate $17.1 million deal in the multidistrict litigation, a Monday filing said.
