A Washington federal judge on Thursday again tossed a putative class action accusing ESPN Inc. of violating the Video Privacy Protection Act by giving WatchESPN app users' personal information to an Adobe Systems Inc. analytics unit, ruling that the plaintiff's allegations were insufficient to state a claim.
