An Arizona federal judge on Monday pared claims in a putative collective action accusing CVS Health Corp. unit Caremark LLC of misclassifying certain employees in its corporate offices as exempt from overtime wages, tossing a claim for the Fair Labor Standard Act's recordkeeping provision but keeping the overtime claim in play.
