Duke Energy Florida Inc. and Westinghouse Electric Co. have agreed that contract disputes over a now-scrapped $24.7 billion nuclear power plant in Florida that allegedly caused the parties millions in damages should proceed in North Carolina, a Pennsylvania federal judge said Thursday.
