Weinberg Gross Faces $2M Suit Over Improper Ch. 11 Filing
Sabatini Frozen Foods LLC on Wednesday filed a $2 million suit in New York bankruptcy court accusing attorneys at law firm Weinberg Gross & Pergament LLP of willfully delaying the company's breach of contract case against Acme Cake Co. Inc. by seeking improper bankruptcy protection for the cake company.
