A California federal judge on Tuesday refused to toss a proposed class action accusing Triple Leaf Tea Inc. of falsely advertising its herbal tea containing a potentially cancer-causing laxative as a safe diet aid, saying the plaintiff had alleged enough facts to support her claims.
