    Exchange Program Seeks To Nix Human Trafficking Sanctions

    A student exchange program urged a California federal judge Tuesday to find that the U.S. Department of State abused its discretion when it imposed sanctions against the program for its alleged involvement in human trafficking, arguing the department ignored “significant evidence” pointing to the contrary.
