Personal injury firm Wayne Wright LLP has agreed to settle a U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission case over a worker who claims she was fired because she was pregnant then sued in retaliation for filing an EEOC charge, both sides told a Texas federal court Friday.

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission launched a suit on Thursday in Texas federal court against personal injury firm Wayne Wright LLP, alleging the firm fired a case manager after it learned she was pregnant and then sued her when she complained to the EEOC.
