A split Sixth Circuit on Wednesday refused to revive a trademark suit against shipping giant United Parcel Services over its fleeting use of a brand called "UPS OrderLink," ruling that it "cannot imagine" that consumers would be confused by the name.

United Parcel Services Inc. on Monday defeated a reverse confusion trademark infringement suit in Michigan federal court filed over its brief use of the name "UPS OrderLink" for its Amazon and eBay shipping service.
