A D.C. federal judge on Friday said he would not pause Belize Bank's $18.5 million suit against the Belize government over an arbitration award during related appeals to the D.C. Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court, finding he lacked the "flexibility" to do so under an arbitral treaty.
