Wal-Mart Stores Inc. has ended a lawsuit accusing the retailer of violating a trademark for the RedNek Wine Glass, a novelty mason jar with a wine stem attached to the bottom, according to an order filed Tuesday in Pennsylvania federal court.

Wal-Mart Stores Inc. on Thursday defended itself in a lawsuit accusing the nation's largest retailer of selling a product that violates a trademark for the RedNek Wine Glass, a brand of novelty mason jars with the stem of a wine glass attached at the bottom.
