    A Michigan federal judge on Monday vacated a $3.8 million jury verdict for ALS Enterprises Inc. in its suit accusing rival Robinson Outdoor Products LLC of falsely advertising that its scent-control hunting apparel absorbed more odor than ALS products, but held that Robinson must stop using claims that confused consumers.

    Hunting Co. Owes Rival $3.8M For False Ads, Jury Finds

    A Michigan federal jury on Thursday concluded that Robinson Outdoor Products falsely advertised that its scent control hunting apparel absorbed more odor than products made by rival ALS Enterprises Inc. in violation of the federal Lanham Act, rewarding the latter $3.8 million in damages and lost profits.
