A former delivery driver for Elliott Auto Supply Co. Inc. on Tuesday launched a proposed class action in Missouri federal court accusing the nationwide auto parts supplier of effectively paying less than minimum wage by paying drivers a day rate instead of reimbursing them for the miles they drive.
