Goodyear Says Workers' Toxin Suit Belongs In France
The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. said Wednesday that a French court should take over a proposed employee class action alleging toxic working conditions at a 1,200-employee plant, telling a U.S. judge that keeping the case here would be "grossly inconvenient."
