Northern Plains Opposes Bull Mountains Mining Project
A Montana ranching group upset at Signal Peak Energy LLC's plans to expand an underground coal mine sued the U.S. Department of the Interior on Wednesday, saying its decision to green-light the project failed to account for the large fissures that will open up on surface land.
