Victoria's Secret Sued Over 'Spirit' Jersey Trademark
Spirit Clothing Co. hit Victoria's Secret Stores LLC and a subsidiary with a trademark infringement lawsuit in California federal court on Friday, accusing Victoria's Secret of selling long-sleeve shirts that infringe Spirit's mark for a distinctive style of clothing called the "spirit jersey."
