Fla. Tribe Wants RICO Suit Against Ex-Chair In Federal Court
A Florida tribe argued Thursday before the Eleventh Circuit that a lower court erred when it dismissed a $14 million racketeering suit it brought against its former chairman, counsel and financial advisers on the grounds that the case involves an intratribal dispute outside of federal jurisdiction.
