World Fuel Services Corp. — the company whose oil was on board a train that derailed last summer and demolished a Quebec town, killing 47 people — sued Markel Corp. in North Dakota federal court on Thursday, claiming the insurer improperly denied coverage for lawsuits over the catastrophe.
