Bad Math Spurs Third Frito-Lay Wage Settlement Rejection
The third time wasn't the charm for Frito-Lay workers looking for approval of a wage and hour settlement, according to a California federal judge who once again rejected the deal on Tuesday, saying the value of the workers' claims was based on "faulty and unjustified math."
