Boutique insurance law firm Nelson Brown & Co. and Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP told a California federal judge on Monday they have reached a tentative deal resolving a suit alleging former Nelson Brown attorneys took company laptops containing clients' confidential information when they joined Lewis Brisbois.
