Exchanges Defend Data Fast Lane For High-Speed Traders
The New York Stock Exchange, Nasdaq and other large exchanges on Friday argued for the dismissal of a proposed class action alleging they broke deals with investors by giving high-frequency traders early access to market data, saying they can't be sued in federal district courts.
