Insurers Look To Dodge Superstorm Sandy Coverage
QBE Insurance sought a quick exit Tuesday from a suit brought over a Jersey City condominium damaged during 2012's Superstorm Sandy, saying the condo association's claim that flood damage is caused by water pressure stretches the policy language past its limit.

NJ Condo Says Construction Defects Caused Sandy Flooding
A 230-unit New Jersey condominium building filed suit Monday in federal court against the Federal Emergency Management Agency and insurers and developers, seeking coverage and alleging the building was constructed with defects that led to severe flood damage during Hurricane Sandy.
