A New York federal judge has awarded jewelry maker Faberge Ltd. an injunction to block the owners of a Brooklyn restaurant from stealing its name and trademarked storefront design, putting to bed an infringement suit that accused the venue's owners of misappropriation.

Famed jewelry maker Faberge Ltd. hit the owners of a New York City restaurant with a trademark and copyright infringement suit in federal court Wednesday, alleging they "shamelessly" ripped off both the company's name and retail store design.
