The National Security Agency won dismissal Friday of a Freedom of Information Act suit brought by a Kuwaiti logistics company that contracted with the U.S. military in Iraq and Kuwait, after a Washington, D.C., federal judge found the records are related to national security.

A Kuwaiti logistics company that provided food under contract to U.S. military personnel in Iraq and Kuwait sued the National Security Agency on Wednesday in D.C. federal court, alleging the agency withheld its records on the company in violation of the Freedom of Information Act.
