Engineering giant Science Applications International Corp. has finalized an agreement to settle a subcontractor's breach of contract suit claiming SAIC cost the subcontractor $5 million by authorizing fewer personnel than ordered under a U.S. Army contract in Afghanistan, the companies told a Florida federal judge Tuesday.
