Jerry's Enterprises Asks 8th Circ. To Hear Insurance Row
Jerry's Enterprises Inc. informed a Minnesota federal court Thursday it will appeal to the Eighth Circuit the court's ruling that U.S. Specialty Insurance Co. has no duty to indemnify the grocery company based on a policy exclusion applied to a dispute among company directors.

U.S. Specialty Insurance Co. has no duty to defend or indemnify its policyholder Jerry's Enterprises Inc., a Minnesota federal judge ruled Tuesday, finding that an insured-versus-insured exclusion in the policy applied to an underlying internal dispute among the company's directors.
