Farmers Hit With FLSA Suit Over Adjusters' Off-Clock Duties
Farmers Group Inc. on Wednesday was hit with a putative class action in Pennsylvania federal court that alleges the insurer violates the Fair Labor Standards Act and shortchanges its employees by not paying auto claims adjusters for time spent preparing for their field inspections.
