A plaintiff suing Dole Packaged Foods LLC has said the court should deny the company's attempt to can his proposed class action alleging the company mislabels its packaged fruit as "all natural" when it contains artificial preservatives, claiming Dole hasn't erased the factual dispute.

An Arkansas man targeting Dole Packaged Foods LLC for its "all natural" claims on fruit products that he said contain citric acid and ascorbic acid on Thursday asked a federal court to certify a class of Arkansas consumers who have purchased certain of Dole's fruit juice products since 2009.
