Fed. Circ. Upholds Rosen Win In TV Headrest Patent Suit
The Federal Circuit on Thursday upheld Rosen Entertainment Systems LP's win in a patent infringement suit brought by TMI Products Inc. over video devices that can be installed into the back of a car's headrest, saying a disputed patent claim was correctly construed by a California federal judge.

Fed. Circ. Pushed To Read Headrest TV Patent Broadly
California-based TMI Products Inc. urged a Federal Circuit panel on Friday to revive its infringement suit against Rosen Entertainment Systems LP, saying the claims of its patent on an in-headrest entertainment system should be interpreted more broadly.
