Chobani yogurt wants a New York federal judge to shut down a lawsuit alleging it deceptively labeled its Greek yogurt to sound healthier than it is, saying it's not reasonable that consumers would assume "Greek" yogurt can only be made in Greece and that "0%" applies to calories or sugar, not milkfat.
