Xerox HR Solutions LLC and Darden Restaurants Inc. Wednesday agreed to settle a suit in which Xerox claimed Darden cost Xerox more than $13 million by breaching a contract, asking a Florida federal court to dismiss the case with prejudice.

Xerox HR Solutions LLC sued Darden Restaurants Inc. Tuesday in Florida federal court alleging Darden cost Xerox more than $13 million when it breached a deal in which Xerox would have provided human resource and other services for the hospitality company.
