RS Tries To Pierce Ford's 'Royal Shield' Trademark Claim
RS International LLC on Monday urged a Michigan federal court to toss Ford Motor Co.'s declaratory suit claiming it didn't rip off RS' Royal Shield mark, used both by Ford in warranty services and by RS in auto paint sealant product and warranty services, arguing the suit belongs in Massachusetts.
