Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. asked a Pennsylvania federal judge Tuesday to throw out a coverage dispute over a settlement between deli meat and cheese manufacturer Dietz & Watson Inc. and an injured employee, saying that the company and its past attorneys are clearly in contempt of a recent sanctions order.

A Pennsylvania federal judge on Tuesday sanctioned Philadelphia-based deli meat and cheese manufacturer Dietz & Watson Inc. and ordered its former counsel to provide documents to Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. in a coverage dispute over a settlement with an injured employee.
