LabCorp has agreed to pay $11 million to settle allegations it violated the Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act by printing customers' credit and debit card expiration dates on receipts, reportedly the largest cash settlement ever reached under the federal privacy law, according to filing Monday in Florida federal court.
