NJ To Take Seismic Study Challenge To 3rd Circ.
The state of New Jersey will appeal the ruling of a federal judge who on Tuesday denied an injunction against a seismic study underway off New Jersey's coast, a study the state says could disrupt marine life and its tourism and commercial fishing industries.

NJ Says NSF Launched Seismic Survey Without Due Diligence
The State of New Jersey on Friday filed a federal suit against the National Science Foundation and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration to shut down the agencies' planned seismic survey, claiming it wasn't properly studied and will hamper tourism and commercial fishing.
