7-Eleven Dodges Franchisees' Immigrant-Bias, Spying Suit
More than 1,200 7-Eleven Inc. franchisees accusing the company of discriminating and using illegal surveillance against immigrant franchisees to seize their stores told a California federal court Tuesday they had voluntarily dismissed their suit after 7-Eleven claimed the plaintiffs lacked standing.
