More than 1,200 7-Eleven Inc. franchisees accusing the company of discriminating and using illegal surveillance against immigrant franchisees to seize their stores told a California federal court Tuesday they had voluntarily dismissed their suit after 7-Eleven claimed the plaintiffs lacked standing.

7-Eleven Inc. was accused Tuesday of filing meritless motions in an attempt to bully more than 1,200 franchisees out of their California federal suit alleging 7-Eleven discriminated and used illegal surveillance against immigrant franchisees to seize their stores.
