Military contractor DHS Technologies LLC will pay $1.9 million to settle claims the company charged more for emergency mobile shelters sold to the federal government than it charged for ones sold to Northrop Grumman Corp. in violation of the False Claims Act, according to a settlement filed in Pennsylvania federal court Thursday.
