Mercedes-Benz USA LLC, BMW of North America LLC and Volkswagen Group of America Inc. on Thursday became the latest companies to face patent suits in Delaware federal court brought by Antennatech LLC, with BMW accused of ripping off its docking equipment technologies and the others of infringing its wireless hotspot patent.
